Our Methodology

We understand the particulars, supported by job description, job specification & KRA’s shared by the client for the position. Through job description (JD) and KRA’s we comprehend what the profile engages and what is expected from the candidate. With job specifications we understand what qualifications, skills, knowledge & experience is desired from the candidate.

1. REQUIREMENT EVALUATION (DAY 1-2)
We begin with evaluating our partner’s requirements. We understand the particulars, supported by job description, job specification & KRA’s shared by the client for the position. Through job description (JD) and KRA’s we comprehend what the profile engages and what is expected from the candidate. With job specifications we understand what qualifications, skills, knowledge & experience is desired from the candidate. After comprehending the requirement, we try to gather information about competitors, compensation structure, and future growth of the given position, notice period requirement etc.
2. CANDIDATE SEARCH & SELECTION (DAY 2-7)
At this stage, we search for the prospective candidates, using our database, references, contacts & executive search. Regular reviews are done with the client to ensure if we are on the right track and corrections are done if required. Also feedback is given to the client as to how easy / difficult it is to get the desired candidate in terms of required time, compensation, notice period etc. Apt candidates are then short listed and interviewed by us to evaluate their interest levels and fitment to the position.
3. PRESENTATION OF SELECTED PROFILES TO THE CLIENT (DAY 4-10)
Selected candidates’ profiles are sent to the client for the consideration.
4. SHORT LISTING BY CLIENT (DAY 8-10)
Candidates are short listed by client for interview. Date & mode of interview is fixed & informed to the candidate.
5. CLIENT CANDIDATE INTERVIEW (DAY 10-15)
Interview schedules are well coordinated between client and the candidate. Both the parties are kept updated with the developments.
6. SHORTLISTING OF CANDIDATE (DAY 15-20)
Suitable candidate is short listed by the client. Interview is coordinated between the two for the final round and offer is made after the selection of the candidate.
7. SMOOTH TRANSITION (DAY 20 onwards)
Finalized candidate is assisted in smooth transition through counseling. Regular follow-ups are done for candidate’s resignation, notice period and joining date.
8. PROJECT COMPLETION
Once the candidate is on board with client, invoice is raised & payment is received as per the terms agreed.
